The Male Enhancement Beginner’s Guide
There are many different male enhancement techniques out there, but not all of them are right for everyone.
In fact, many men will usually find only one or two male enhancement products really work for them, and the others don’t
do much of anything.
One of the most popular forms of male enhancement products is a pill. All you have to do is pop a few of these pills every day
(especially right before sex) and your penis will appear to get larger. Note the word “appear”—your penis won’t actually become
larger. Instead, the pills will help increase blood flow to your penis, allowing it to reach its full potential length.
Most men do not reach this full length on their own, so the pills really do provide results.
Herbal patches do much the same thing. Instead of taking pills, just apply a small patch to your body. You’ll absorb the
herbs via your skin, and these herbs will increase blood flow to the penis in much the same way the pills do.
Another male enhancement product is the penis pump. These pumps actually make a vacuum around your penis and pull blood into it,
increasing blood flow and making your erection larger than normal. However, they can be dangerous—overuse can actually damage
the veins in your penis.
A penis extension is similar to a penis pump, but instead of being used right before sex, you wear a penis extension for an hour
or so a day. It will stretch your penis, and as it is stretched, the body compensates for the pulling, adding in extra muscle
so that your penis isn’t as stretched. This actually does add some length to your penis, unlike pills and the pump.
Penis exercises are yet another way of adding length to your penis. These exercises, which can usually be found online in an
e-book or video series, take you step by step through different stretches and other techniques. Like pills and patches,
these exercises focus on helping you reach your full potential length. Like any type of exercise, they must be done daily
to really be effective.
Finally, penile enhancement surgery does exist, but it is quite dangerous, and few doctors will perform it unless the patent
has a true need for it.
