Penis Exercises – Stretching a point

Male enhancement exercises are for those men who are disappointed with the size of their penis and wish to stimulate growth. ‘Jelqing’ is a certain method of penis exercise which seems to be the favorite method but benefits can be drawn from stretching exercises.

The stretching exercises are designed to lengthen the penis’s spongy erectile tissues. The exercises should be completed on a daily basis but a minimum of 3 sets of exercise a week should prove successful. The length gain will apply to both the erect and flaccid penis.

Stretching - How Does it Work

An understanding of the penis’s anatomy and its workings will be useful to know before talking about the male enhancement stretching exercises. The penis contains a great many cells known as blood spaces. These cells are mainly inside the corpora cavernosa, a cavity within the penis, and contain the spongy erectile tissues. In order to achieve an erection these cells fill with blood thus enlarging the penis. When the male enhancement exercises are performed the required effect is to enlarge these blood spaces.

By enlarging these blood spaces the penis will naturally become visibly longer whatever state it is in. The penis by design becomes larger and supporters of male enhancement exercises think if stretching exercises are completed it will be capable of holding more blood therefore making the penis naturally larger.

Like any other exercise it is important to warm up the penis prior to exercise to avoid injury. As these exercises are designed to stretch the penis, pressure will be placed on the tissues within it.

The exercises should begin on a flaccid penis avoiding pressure being exerted on the dorsal nerve which runs across the top of the penis. In the past men wishing to enlarge their penises would hang weights from them, a method that was prone to injury. These exercises are meant to reproduce the effect of the weights without running the inherent risks of injury.

When following this method it is important not to grip the head of the penis to hard as you need to keep blood circulating through the penis; the use of any lubricants is discouraged as you need to have a firm grip. The grip can be of your own invention as long as it is applied in the correct manner. These exercises will only increase the length of the penis and they would possibly need to be combined with jelqing exercises to increase the circumference.

Some people who subscribe to the belief that penis exercises using the male enhancement exercise method can increase testosterone and sperm count, however in reality this is probably a fallacy.
