Firm PC Muscle to Prevent Less Semen Leakage

The added stress of relying on the tightening of the PC muscles for an extended erection can affect the prostrate gland. This teaches the PC muscles to contract. Semen leaks as a result of the premature ejaculation valve mimicking an orgasm. A firm ejaculation is necessary to fight seminal leaking.

The PC, or penis corpora, muscle is used for the smooth muscle contraction that moves semen through the urethra. The muscle is used when we try to hold back ejaculation . This is the same muscle that controls our urine flow as well. How can two different substances flow through the same vessel without contamination? A clear, sticky substance called precum, lubricates and cleans out the urethra before ejaculation occurs.

When the parasympatheic nerve weakens, semen leakage is noticeable. Eventually erectile dysfunction can develop from the problem.

Bioenergy, or the 20 - 30 minutes of foreplay needed to drain our bodies of stored sexual energy, can help those of us with weak parasympathic sexual nerves. Once the energy runs low, the penis becomes limp. To maintain long foreplay, we need to continually charge the erection circuit with a powerful testosterone burst. Without it, the erection goes limp or we have premature ejaculation.

A basic resting potential in the sexual motoring nerve and continuous burst and burn of testosterone charges the nerves during sex . This holds the erection and tightens the valve. For increased penile power and to fight seminal leakages from the testosterone burst and burn, stimulate the testicular during intercourse. The quality of our erections improves with this method by sending our nerves and tissues with nutrients and hormones.

Practice and relaxation can help us as well. To keep from getting excited too quickly, we focus on non-sexual thoughts, such as naming baseball players.

Some other helpful techniques we can try are:

The "stop and start" method involves stimulation until we recognize we are about to ejaculate. Then cease stimulation for about 30 seconds and then continue stimulation. Repeat until ejaculation is desired.

The "squeeze" method involves stimulation until we recognize our ejaculation point is near. We gently squeeze the end of the penis (where the glans and shaft meet) for several seconds. Withhold further stimulation for 30 seconds then resume stimulation. Repeat until ejaculation is desired.

With a little practice, we can overcome seminal leakage by strengthening our ejaculation valve.
