Sex Related Article - Bound For Pleasure
Article on being bound for your sexual satisfaction.

More people fantasize about bondage in one form or another than you might imagine. Many of these couples try bondage at one time or another to spice up their sex lives. However, there are some people who, despite their fantasies, never experience bondage. More than likely this is either because they are unfamiliar with how to perform bondage properly, or because they are unsure how their partner would react to their desire to try bondage. Because of this, the purpose of this article will be to briefly explain the basics of bondage, suggest other fetishes that may add more pleasure to your experience, and explain ways you and your partner might attempt to have bondage sex.

There are many ways bondage may be performed. One example might be you or your partner bound at the wrists with rope or handcuffs, or your partner's wrists may be tied to the bed posts. Some go further than that and tie up the feet as well. There are so many different ways to perform bondage that the variations, or combinations rather, are virtually endless. Bondage may be as simple or as complex as you wish it to be. The art of Japanese rope bondage, for example, takes a lot of skill and patience. Lets start with a simple lesson. First you and your partner should discuss which of you is to be bound. Once that decision is made you should discuss what you or your partner will be bound with and how tight. Other topics you may wish to discuss before you begin might include whether or not you will add other fetishes or a blindfold during the bondage session. For example purposes we'll say your partner is the one that wishes to be bound with rope.

Once you are ready to begin your bondage session, allow your partner to assume the position they would like to be bound in. Take the rope and wrap it around one of their wrists completely, then extend the rope to the other wrist and do the same. From there, you may proceed to wrap the rope around both wrists, pulling them together as tightly as you and your partner have discussed is appropriate. Once the desired tightness is reached, tie the rope together in a knot. If there is any excess rope, you may either tie it to something (like the headboard of a bed) or simply let it hang loose. There are endless ways to tie your partner up, this is just one example of how to do so. Congratulations, you've just done simple bondage!

Once you and your partner have discovered how either of you enjoy being bound, you might like to add other fetishes to your bondage sessions. Of course there are a large variety of fetishes you could add, however, we will only be going over a few of them here.

Gagging is quite popular among those who enjoy bondage, as is the blind fold. Another thing that usually goes hand in hand with bondage is the fetish of spanking or whipping. Whipping may be done with a variety of different whips, such as the cat o nine tail, the riding whip, or the feathered racing bat. If you and your partner decide to engage in whipping during your bondage session then it is important that you remember to discuss how hard to whip just as you discussed how tight to be bound. Of course if you or your partner (who ever is being whipped) decides they want to be whipped harder or softer after you begin you can always adjust to cater to that desire. Using a variation of soft strokes and harder whips can produce a highly erotic sensation. There are many different types of whips out there that give off different sensations. So if you try one and don't like it, experiment with others. You may find one that pushes all the right buttons.

Another thing you and your partner can do during your bondage session is blind fold the one that is bound, then proceed to stroke their body with objects and/or food products. The objects used can be just about anything. You can either discuss what objects will be used with your partner, or if you and your partner feel like being adventurous the one that will be bound can be unaware of what objects will be used. To tease the senses, objects should be a mixture of hard and soft surfaces such as feathers, polished stones, the tip of a cat o nine tail, chains, and so on...Foods can also add a delightful touch to this sort of play. I would suggest using foods such as ice, whipcream, chocolate syrup, pudding, fruit, cucumbers, etc... Take time to play with each of the items you select, but don't over do it.

Be creative, but also keep safety in mind. In other words be careful that the objects you choose won't harm you or your partner. Something else you may wish to consider is whether or not your partner may be allergic to any of the objects you plan to use. If your partner has decided they do not wish to know what objects you plan to use, you can still abide by their decision to do so while making sure you don't use anything that might not agree with them. Simply ask them if there is anything they are allergic to ahead of time. That way you can maintain the element of surprise while making sure what you are doing will be safe for them.

You've gotten a small taste of how bondage can add a little flavor to your sex life. Learning different knot techniques as well as adding various fetishes can increase the enjoyment of you and your partner's experiences. Remember to always keep the lines of communication with your partner open. If there are things you would like to try during your bondage session don't be afraid to discuss them with your partner. Likewise, if there are things you don't want to experience discuss them with your partner as well. It's always important to be honest and discuss your feelings. This will ensure that bondage and what goes on while you're doing bondage will be enjoyable for both of you.
